Job Role:
Senior Telecalling Officer - Collections & Recovery

Location:
Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Responsibility:
Conduct awareness calls at the beginning of each month to inform customers about account status
Adhere to quality parameters and maintain COC, TAT, and wrap-up compliance standards
Identify Point of Sale accounts and prioritize customers based on recovery potential
Collect additional charges including penal charges and other applicable fees
Achieve Daily Recovery Resolution targets as per set milestones and performance metrics
Generate Payment to Promise commitments and arrange pickup schedules for collections

Qualification:
Any Graduate degree from recognized university
0-1 years of experience in collections and recovery operations preferred

Skills:
Excellent communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
Strong collections and recovery experience with proven track record
Customer relationship management and negotiation abilities
Quality adherence and compliance knowledge in NBFC operations

Salary:
INR 2-2.25 Lakhs Per Annum
